Government types allows civs to access stat changes to best suite their civs needs. Civ leadership needs to choose their government type carefully as it will take 24hrs in the state of anarchy to change from one government type to another, Anarchy is a temporary stats providing major stats reduction for a civ as the civilisation transition to a new government. All civs will start of in tribalism. All stats modifiers stated below
