Description
Townhall but bigger, better and armed...
A more powerful version of a Townhall, it is limited to one per civ and built inside of the founding city replacing the townhall.
Once your Capital is built it will convert your citystate into a civ.
Once built your civ will be a full fledged civ capable to engage in and be engaged in War and advanced diplomacy.
Better fortified and defendable including in-built arrow towers and a higher number of control blocks spread on different levels.
The capitol is also harder for attackers to breach.
A capitol building has a section in the back to place Trade Goods to give your City lots of bonuses.
In addition it provides a basic +50 culture per tick.
